Directions: Shake 15 g (1 heaped tablespoon) in 8.5 fl oz of skim milk, water or any plant-based milk for a yummy, healthy snack.

WelleCo products do contain Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) which is a vital water-soluble vitamin. Vitamin B6 supports various functions within the body.
