goop Chia Pudding (with a twist)

This super-simple chia pudding recipe can be dressed up with whatever you like. Our friends at goop love it with toasted coconut, toasted hazelnuts, and fresh strawberries. We like it with a scoop of our NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN Peruvian Chocolate. We dare you to stop at one helping…

1 scoop NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN Peruvian Chocolate or Natural Vanilla
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup water
2 tsp maca
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 vanilla
4 dates finely chopped

Cacao nibs to serve.

In a medium bowl, combine NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN, chia seeds, coconut milk, water, maca, salt, vanilla and dates. Stir for a couple minutes until very well combined and starting to thicken.

Top with cacao nibs and serve immediately or let sit for up to 48 hours to thicken more.
