IN BED

What do you wear to bed?

My favourite is sleepwear from Bodas, a gorgeous ethical UK brand.

How do you dress your bed?

I love white linen sheets from Cultiver.

What is on your nightstand?

Stacks of books, New Yorker magazines, Aesop hand cream, a glass of water and some eye shades, because our room gets pretty sunny early in the summer.

Who do you sleep with?

My husband Emile. Our lovely dogs, Banjo and Raffie, sleep next to our bed, especially if there is a thunder storm.

How many hours do you sleep?

I get enough now that our youngest son Cy is 7 years old. Finally we are out of the crazy no-sleep zone!

What time do you wake-up?

I’m an early riser – I love to have a moment to myself first thing in the morning. I wake up at 5.40am and prepare a hot drink, scroll through my emails, and make a to do list for the day.

BODY

How do you work out?

I practice yoga, walk our dogs, and have a weekly workout and swim session with my friend at Bondi Icebergs.

What is your first drink of the day?

I start with a warm water and lemon, then tea, and that’s followed by sparkling water with ice and lime.

What do you eat for breakfast?

I have a protein-based organic muesli with blueberries and coconut yogurt. I like to start the day with something light as well as nutritious. Weekends are usually eggs or homemade pancakes with the children.

FACE

What is your morning beauty routine?

I cleanse, moisturise and apply tinted moisturiser with sunscreen.

I love Aspect Dr Cleanser and moisturiser with Vitamin A and Active C.

What are your go-to makeup products?

Charlotte Tilbury mascara, Lancôme lip gloss, and tinted moisturiser with SPF.

What is your emergency product for a tired face?

James Read Overnight Tan Sleep Mask.

DESK

What is the first thing you do?

I go through my to do list and chat with my colleagues.

What is top of your list?

Usually it’s an email to respond to or a message from one of the weavers in PNG. Among Equals is built around strong communication, so it’s generally top of the list.

What is your 10am pick-me-up for energy?

A piece of fruit, handful of nuts and a cup of herbal tea.
