HOW TO USE
The Hair Elixir
Take two capsules daily with food, or as directed by your health professional. Recommended adult dosage. Taking this supplement with or immediately after food is strongly recommended due to the zinc content.
WelleCo recommends taking the capsules in the morning or at lunch due to the B vitamins in the formula, which could disrupt sleep if taken too late.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or if you have a medical condition, especially if you have a thyroid condition, please consult your healthcare professional before use.

Take two capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your health professional. Recommended adult dosage.
We recommend taking the capsules in the morning with breakfast. To help the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins we suggest taking the capsules alongside good plant fats such as avocado, nuts, seeds, or olive oil.

Directions: Mix 2 teaspoons (5 g) with 6.8 fl oz of warm water or milk of your choice.
We recommend consuming the product at night 1 hour before bed or when you want to relax and unwind.
