Discovering your zen and finding your focus can be as simple as taking two capsules with food. As these formulas activate opposing states, it is recommended they are not used simultaneously.

Recommended adult dosage: two capsules daily with food. We recommend taking the capsules with breakfast or lunch however, they can be taken at any time of the day that suits your routine.

The Clarity Elixir:
Each capsule contains: Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea root extract 85.71 mg) equiv. (min) dry root (contains std. rosavin 2.57 mg) 857.1 mg, Water Hyssop [Brahmi] (Bacopa monnieri whole plant extract 131.58 mg) equiv. I love this and couldn't recommend it more. I started to take it when I was dealing with a lot of stress (an international move + an illness in my family + looking after aging parents + perimenopause). Honestly, it's been a lifesaver.
