Take two capsules daily with food, or as directed by your health professional. Recommended adult dosage. Taking this supplement with or immediately after food is strongly recommended due to the zinc content.
WelleCo recommends taking the capsules in the morning or at lunch due to the B vitamins in the formula, which could disrupt sleep if taken too late.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Sea Buckthorn is a small shrub with orange fruit that grows in high altitudes. It is harvested from a self-sustaining farm on the Tibetan Plateau in Western China. The fruit is harvested once per year. It’s rich in omega 3, 6, 7, 9, a natural source of vitamin C, along with other vitamins, minerals, and amino acids

Saw Palmetto
WHAT IT IS:
Saw Palmetto is a dwarf palm tree and the berries are used for their bioactive compounds - fatty acids and phytosterols. It’s commonly used to assist with the symptoms of medically diagnosed benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH).
BENEFITS:
Saw Palmetto is often used to support the symptoms of urinary tract dysfunction and prostate health. Some studies have shown positive links to Saw Palmetto promoting hair growth, as it may act as a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor (DHT). 5-alpha reductase is associated with androgen related hair loss.
