I have intense sugar / chocolate cravings at night so this drink has really helped to satisfy that! It has helped me sleep and a noticeable difference in skin. I'm not a fan of the Stevia taste hence the drop in the star but I can understand why it's being used.

This is so delicious and I honestly look forward to drinking this half and hour or so before bed.
I am definitely falling asleep easier and sleeping longer. Unfortunately I still wake up with hot flushes but I’m still hopeful they’ll disappear at one point.
I’m now wondering how to prepare this drink for the summer months….
