HOW TO USE
Recommended adult dosage: Take two capsules daily with food. We recommend taking the capsules with breakfast or lunch however, they can be taken at any time of the day that suits your routine.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: The Calm Elixir is not recommended for use while pregnant or breastfeeding, due to inclusion of botanical extracts.

Unfortunately, I had to stop taking the calm elixir. I have insomnia and sleep very hot every time I take this supplement, which is a pity for the price. I sleep better without it
