I have been trying to loose weight for 6 months (-25 pounds already) but changing my diet and habits ( no sugar , low carbs) leave me with lack of energy. I bought the elixir for that purpose , but found out it helps with my cravings and hunger control much better that glp1 products. I drink it in the morning , refilling my bottle of water constantly for two hours ( only one scoop needed) . It is thick at the beginning so product lasts with several refills of water..Controls my appetite and gives me lots of energy!!!

I'm at the tail end of my first container and I actually crave it in the mornings. The taste is subtle, but just enough flavor to really enjoy. I'm not sure that I've noticed any results at this point, but I'm super happy getting all of those goodies into my body. Just got a notice that my 2nd shipment is on it's way and I'm so glad!
