Elle’s January Edit: Inspiration, Routine & What I’m Loving Right Now

K

January often represents the month of intentional rest, quiet focus, and reflection and renewal.

Every year, I love leaning into a season that feels fresh yet unhurried, a time to recalibrate, rediscover rhythms and routines that nourish me, and make conscious choices regarding a few essentials that make my days feel intentional, joyful, and inspired.

Here’s what’s in my January edit this year, from lifestyle foundations to small wellness routines that have become a daily compass and companion.

1) Super Charge your Daily Greens with a Green Juice Reset

4 times a year, I love to up my greens game by doing a 90% nutrient dense liquid protocol for 10 days combining The Super Elixir™️ with home juiced green presses. These juices include broccoli, pea, and sunflower sprouts, celery, turmeric, garlic, parsley, cilantro, romaine lettuce and apple. It is a powerful medicine. These mostly liquid and nutrient dense days give my digestion a rest, with numerous alkalising benefits for  my skin, hair, nails, and gut. It also sets the tone for balanced energy and detoxification, while combining powerful healing nutrients throughout the day.

Even after all these years, I’ve never found a greens powder that surpasses The Super Elixir™️ for taste, purity, and intelligence behind the combination of ingredients and sourcing. Plus It’s a multivitamin and mineral, in an easy one and done daily.

I finish the day with WelleCo’s Evening Elixir, a satiating and nourishing hot chocolate (with homemade almond milk or water). This ensures a restorative and peaceful sleep. Making this commitment each day (for about 10 days at a time) creates a positive, inspired foundation for the rest of my month.

2) Beautiful, Cosy, Alpaca Jumpers

Soft, breathable and inherently grounding, an alpaca jumper is my go-to piece for cold mornings or evenings at home in Miami. I even got my close friend, Dr. Will Cole, onto them! I love that it’s warmth without weight, and feels deeply cosy in this cooler transitional weather. @ninandscout

3) Theresage Infrared Toothbrush

I have been a long time supporter of Therasage’s infrared saunas and heating pads as part of a holistic wellness routine. I was recently introduced to their new product which takes an everyday chore, brushing our teeth, and includes a big feel-good, good-for-you factor. The TheraSmile Multi-Wavelength Sonic Toothbrush combines advanced sonic technology with dual light therapy brush heads—one Red + Near-Infrared and one Blue + Near-Infrared—to support a more personalised oral care routine including gum comfort, circulation, and tissue health, as well as daily oral hygiene and surface-level freshness. The invisible near-infrared light works beneath the surface to energise tissues and support circulation, while visible light operates at the surface—all while powerful sonic vibrations deliver a thorough, effective clean. @theresage

4) MUSE SPA by Carolina Michelson.

This year I’ve fallen back in love with targeted skincare. I enjoyed a full day of beauty and wellbeing at MUSE SPA, a true holistic care ritual created and performed by Carolina Michelson, WelleCo’s Chilean ambassador and distributor.

The experience began from within, with hydration and nourishment: the Super Elixir smoothie by Welleco, a favorite of both Carolina and I, based on a blend of Welleco’s Super Elixir ™️, Nourishing Protein, and Collagen Elixir.

Throughout the session, hydration was maintained with Welleco’s HydroProtein in Blackcurrant and Passion Fruit flavours.

In the treatment room, the ritual continued with a deep cleanse and exfoliation, followed by the BioRePeel treatment, a cutting-edge Italian technology with no downtime, ideal for skin renewal and immediate luminosity.

This was followed by the French Gravity Zero treatment by Dermotechnology, combined with the Microneedling Radiance ampoule, enhancing firmness, glow and skin regeneration.

The experience concluded with an exclusive technique by Carolina: a deep somatic hydration massage, a unique combination of methods developed over 15 years of expertise in the worlds of beauty, aesthetics and spa, focused on releasing tension, nourishing the skin and restoring energy. My skin was glowing after this treatment and I can’t wait to go back.

5) Westman Atelier Makeup

Gucci is a dear friend and I just love her approach to minimal, luxurious, and effortless makeup, letting your natural features do the talking. For me, it’s about enhancing what’s already there, not masking it. I like to keep it super simple with the The Vital Skin Foundation Stick and the Baby Cheeks Blush Stick and the Squeeky Clean Liquid Lip Balm. It’s everything you need for that minimal no makeup look.

6) Fluffy Birkenstocks

My favourite fluffy Birkenstocks bridge relaxed weekend vibes with chic ease, a wearable joy I live in all year round. The Arizona Big Buckle Shearling is my favourite, I’m wearing them right now!

7) Mamoosh Co Lingerie

My friend Angie Green has created beautiful products with her brand Mamoosh Co. I love her lingerie in particular.

Hand crafted in the USA, the Organic Cotton bralette gives the softest, most breathable, natural fiber feels, like a cloud giving you a hug.

8) Home made Almond Milk and Hemp Milk Recipe.

I love making milks at home to use in smoothies with The Super Elixir or Nourishing Protein, or at night for an extra creamy Evening Elixir. It's so easy to make, and a much healthier option than the added sugars in commercial brands.

Almond milk is good for you as a low-calorie, dairy-free option, especially unsweetened, as it's rich in vitamin E (an antioxidant for cell protection and heart health) and often fortified with calcium and vitamin D for strong bones, while being low in sugar and cholesterol, making it great for weight management and heart health.

Hemp is a nutritious, complete plant-based protein, rich in heart-healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fats, and packed with essential vitamins (A, D, B12) and minerals (Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorus). It's a great dairy-free, soy-free, and gluten-free option that supports heart, brain, bone, and skin health while reducing inflammation.

Both are equally delicious however Hemp Milk is a quicker recipe to make.

Ingredients:

Hemp Milk:

  • ¼ Cup Hemp Seeds
  • 2 Cups distilled water
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of cloves
  • ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspoon of yacon syrup (optional)

Method: place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Almond Milk:

  • 1 cup almonds soaked for 12 hours
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon of Himalyan pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon of yacon syrup
  • 2 cups of distilled water

Method: drain and rinse the almonds then transfer to a high-speed blender with 2 cups of water, blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a milk bag and squeeze all the milk into a bowl until the pulp is completely dry. Place only the milk with the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. The almond pulp can be used to make desserts or hummus.

9) The Three Question Journal

Dr. Rangan Chatterjee is regarded as one of the most influential medical doctors in the United Kingdom. Designed with two decades of clinical insight, Dr. Rangan Chatterjee's Three Question format helps create daily habits you can actually stick to in our time-pressured world. I love that by answering these three questions each morning and evening, you can experience a greater sense of control and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Having an awareness of our strengths, tendencies, biases and blind spots in a non-judgemental, compassionate way can empower you to make meaningful changes.

10) Ksubi Jeans

From the Pip Edwards collection, I love the connection to Australia and the laid back and sexy feeling of going out after a day at the beach.

11) Marianne Williamson’s Mid Life Awakening

I have loved reading the New York Times bestselling author’s latest book in which she reminds women that menopause isn’t an ending—it’s an opportunity for a powerful new beginning.

12) Fela Kurti

I can’t stop listening to Fela Kurti, the Nigerian musician and political activist who is regarded as the principal innovator of Afrobeat, a Nigerian music genre that combines West African music with American funk and jazz. It’s so fun and can lift any mood from day to night.

13) Outside Bean Bags

My latest and most loved discovery! Perfect for days by the pool.

14) WaterSkiing

I’ve recently got into Waterskiing. 15 - 20 minutes across a morning or afternoon ski: it lifts the spirit and challenges me in rewarding ways: some days are better than others, I am always refining, but most of all it is FUN, and gets me in the water and connected to nature. I’m fueled by WelleCo's Hydro Protein, of course.

That’s it for my January update. I hope you get to experience some of these wonderful brands and products for yourself.

Wishing you all a happy, healthy and well New Year.

With love, Elle.
