
On Daily Routines and the Transformative Power of Consistency
As a child, I loved New Year’s resolutions. At school, they felt exciting: a moment to announce who I wanted to become and all the ways I hoped to improve. But as the years passed, I realised something we all eventually learn: most resolutions are too big, too vague, too disconnected from the rhythm of everyday life to ever take root.
So now, I no longer set New Year’s resolutions.
Instead, I set daily routines.
There is something far more powerful about waking up each morning and choosing one small action that honours your wellbeing. One step. One simple commitment. It creates momentum: quietly, steadily, in a way a sweeping declaration on January 1st never can.
For me, that commitment has been The Super Elixir: two teaspoons every day.
It’s simple, doable, achievable: a practice I can commit to anywhere in the world, regardless of how full or unpredictable my schedule becomes. And that simplicity has fuelled everything else.
Because small changes, repeated daily, don’t just shape a week or a month, they shape a life.
Reflecting on 2025
This past year has been magical in so many ways. I travelled the world, met extraordinary people, and released my book, a project designed to help others uncover the wisdom already present in their own lives, the quiet truths that guide growth when we pause long enough to listen.
And through it all, I stayed grounded in the routines that steady me.
Daily practices, not seasonal promises. Consistency, not intensity.
I’m deeply grateful for our WelleCo community and the team who help bring our philosophy to life through our products designed for simplicity and quality. Wellness shouldn’t feel complicated or overwhelming. It should feel nourishing, beautiful and aligned with real life.
For me, this also looks like:

Not perfectly. Not all at once.
Rather, steadily. Lovingly. One day at a time.
Choose a routine that feels achievable: something that nurtures your energy, your clarity, your sense of connection to yourself. Let it be small. Let it be consistent.
