Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 scoops Nourishing Protein in Chocolate or Vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup dark choc chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray.
- Add bananas, eggs, almond butter, protein powder, baking powder, oats, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Fold in choc chips.
- Pour into muffin cases and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
