From her preferred holiday haunts and favourite carry-on, to what to wear for flawless airport style, here is how Elle travels.

Holiday style vibe
“Mostly Hippy chic meets surfer girl with a 70’s Californian feel thrown in.”

For inflight style and comfort?
“At the moment I love Italian style with a feminine, eclectic bent. I like to wear a tee by Isabel Marant or Celine with jeans and a Brunello Cucinelli or Celine cashmere knit. I usually wear flats or boots and pack my Hermes Birkin or a Debonair basket with a pair of sunglasses by Celine, Persol or Tom Ford, and a cashmere scarf that also acts as a blanket.”

And for inflight wellness…
“I find different time zones and hotel food disruptive to my routine so I always pack WelleCo SUPER ELIXIR Greens and NOURISHING PROTEIN Travel Sets. They are the perfect way to combat jet lag and a wonderful snack on-the-go. I usually replace a sugar or starchy laden snack with a WelleCo NOURISHING PROTEINshake once a day - I like to eat as cleanly as possible, organic whole food and balanced meals helps with energy levels and adjusting to a new time zone.”

Hand luggage is everything…
“I love my Rimowa cabin bag. It fits a week’s worth of outfits if I plan my wardrobe and mix-and-match. I love not packing too much stuff – it’s so liberating.”

Ultimate holiday destination?
“I always love coming back to Australia! Sydney and Byron Bay are favourites. In Byron I love surfing with the dolphins, and in Sydney, I love Tamarama Beach and the Bondi to Bronte run. It’s absolutely beautiful. I also love the Northern beaches, Palm Beach and Avalon for its wild Aussie expanse, and the simplicity and beauty of Cronulla beach.”

Bucket List?
“Cuba, Argentina, Kakadu in Australia, Northern India, Antarctica, Peru, Patagonia and the Galapagos.”

Favourite home-away-from-home..
“In New York City I love 11 Howard, the Soho House Hotel and The Crosby. In Paris, it’s The Ritz, in Marrakesh La Mamounia, Jacks Camp in Africa, and Villa M in Koh Samui.”

Best jetlag cure….
“With considered pre-flight preparation. Before a long flight, I like to do a good workout to get my blood flowing, drink lots of water and get outside for some fresh air and sunshine. After I board, the first thing I do is take a double dose of the SUPER ELIXIR Greens. It gives my body a good boost of nutrients and is great for hydration.”
