HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE IT?
Super Boosters are designed to be taken daily for 7 consecutive days or as required.1 vial is equivalent to 1 dose. We do not recommend ‘double dosing’ (taking more than 1 vial of one particular booster per day).
HOW DO I TAKE A SUPER BOOSTER?
In powder form, simply add 1 vial to a glass of filtered water and stir until dissolved.Alternatively, Super Boosters can be mixed in with the SUPER ELIXIR Greens, NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN, or your daily smoothie.
