PB&J Smoothie
WelleCommunity member @balancebybrielle creates this epic PB&J smoothie recipe, filled with peanut butter, berries and protein. Trust us - it tastes as good as it looks.

INGREDIENTS
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop Nourishing Protein Vanilla
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup milk of choice

METHOD
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy smoothie to kick start your day or for an arvi pick me up!

TIP: For all the peanut butter lovers out there, cover the inside of your glass with peanut better before pouring the smoothie in, for that extra PB kick!
