Make our take on chocolate bubbles using WelleCo Super Kids NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN. It will get them up and out of bed PRONTO!

2 scoops WelleCo Super Kids NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN
4 cups puffed brown rice
¼ cup runny honey
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
Line a large baking tray with baking paper and set aside. Preheat your oven to 180°c (356°f).
In a medium mixing bowl, pop in the puffed rice, honey and coconut oil. Use a spoon or your hands to mix, coat and combine.
Pour mix onto prepared tray and scatter over in even layer.
Allow to crisp in the oven for around 6 minutes, stirring every 2 (keep an eye on the puffed rice as it can easily burn).
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Lastly sift over the Super Kids NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN and mix again while the rice is still sticky, until coated well in the chocolate protein.
Cereal will last for a week in an airtight jar.
