Created by WelleCommunity member @thefitteast hese are the most delicious, quick & easy no bake cookie dough bars filled with vanilla protein powder.
INGREDIENTS
Base:
1/4 cup almond meal
1/2 cup WelleCo Vanilla Nourishing Protein
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
2 teaspoon vanilla
3–4 tablespoons almond milk
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Dark choc chips
Top:
1 block dark chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Salt
METHOD
1. Mix all ‘base’ ingredients in a bowl until sticky, and then pour into a lined tray and flatten.
2. Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together and pour over base layer. Top with salt and put in fridge for 45 mins.
3. Devour! Store in airtight container in fridge.
Serves 10-12.
