Created by WelleCommunity member @sez_pilates, these white choclate and blueberry overnight oats are packed full of protien. So sweet and indulgent, you won't believe they're actually good for you and are the perfect protein kick to start your day off right.
1/2 cup of oats
14 cup of Nourishing Protein Vanilla
1 tablespoon of maple syrup/honey or sweetener
2/3 teaspoons of baking powder
1/3 cup of almond milk
Preheat the over to 180 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a blender, mix and pour into ramekin.
Top with blueberries and white chocolate.
Add to oven and bake for 20 mins*
*Baking time will vary dependent on how cooked you want your centre to be, I love cookie dough like middle so 20 mins is perfect but cooking longer will give your more of a cake consistency.
