Ingredients (Serves 2):

1 silken tofu or 1 cup plain coconut yogurt 
- 
1/4 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk 
- 
2 serves Vanilla Nourishing Protein 
- 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 
Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup (for extra sweetness) 
- 
Toppings: fresh berries, cacao nibs, toasted coconut or granola 
Method:
- 
Add tofu/yogurt, milk, WelleCo protein, vanilla and maple syrup (if using) into a high-speed blender or food processor. 
- 
Blend until ultra-smooth and creamy. 
- 
Spoon into ramekins or jars and chill for at least 30 minutes to set. 
- 
Top with your favourite crunchy or fruity toppings to serve.
