Protein Pancakes

Fluffy, high-protein pancakes made with simple ingredients and no refined sugar. Serve them up with Greek yoghurt, berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup for the ultimate breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 serving vanilla nourishing protein
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Method

1. Add all ingredients into a blender until a pancake-like consistency forms. 

2. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken.

3. Add 1 tbsp butter to a large fry pan and pour in your batter, making pancake shapes. Flip once bubbles begin to form. 

4. Top with greek yoghurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey/maple syrup.
