
A creamy, energising chia pudding infused with matcha, WelleCo Greens, and a touch of vanilla - perfect for a refreshing and wholesome start to your day.
Ingredients:
- 2 heaped tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp WelleCo The Super Elixir™ Unflavoured
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Method:
- Add all ingredients except the yoghurt into a container and mix well.
- Mix again after 10 mins to avoid any clumps.
- Leave in fridge overnight to set.
- Before serving, mix in the yoghurt.
