
Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

¼ cup chopped almonds

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp shredded coconut

1 tbsp flaxseeds

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp no sugar maple syrup
Method:

Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees.

In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, flaxseeds, cinnamon, and protein powder.

Spread evenly across 2 lined baking trays and cook for 30 minutes.

Enjoy with a greek yoghurt and fruit for a balanced breakfast or snack.
