Crunchy Morning Musli

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup rolled oats 

  • ¼ cup chopped almonds 

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds 

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut 

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds 

  • 1 scoop WelleCo Nourishing Protein (Vanilla or Chocolate) 

  • ½ tsp cinnamon 

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 

  • 1 tbsp no sugar maple syrup 


Method: 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees. 

  2. In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, flaxseeds, cinnamon, and protein powder.

  3. Spread evenly across 2 lined baking trays and cook for 30 minutes. 

  4. Enjoy with a greek yoghurt and fruit for a balanced breakfast or snack.
