
Crispy, golden granola packed with oats, nuts, seeds, and a hint of cinnamon - naturally sweetened and boosted with WelleCo Collagen Elixir for a crunchy, nutrient-rich breakfast or snack.
- 1.5 cups oats
- 3/4 cup mixed nuts (we like to use almonds, cashews and walnuts)
- 1/2 cup mixed seeds (for example pumpkin and sunflower)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp WelleCo Collagen Elixir
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until sticky.
- Pour into a lined baking tray and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 mins on 180*C or until golden.
