Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 1 scoop The Collagen Elixir
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
- Mix almond meal, oats, coconut sugar, collagen, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add egg, coconut oil, and vanilla, then stir until combined.
- Fold in choc chips, roll into balls, and flatten slightly on the tray.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden. Cool before serving.
