Choc Protein Balls

A super easy, nutrient dense no-bake snack packed with healthy fats like nuts and dates, as well as a hit of protein from WelleCo's Nourishing Chocolate protein powder. Perfect to keep in the fridge for a quick energy boost!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashews 
  • 1/2 cup almonds 
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut 
  • 1/4 cup nourishing chocolate protein
  • 1 cup dates 
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


Method

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor for 1-2 minutes. 

2. Add in 1 tbsp water and blend again to form a sticky texture.

3. Roll into bite sized balls and cover in coconut.

4. Allow to set in the fridge.


Store in an airtight container.
