This is your space to nourish, strengthen and energise. Each day, you’ll discover a simple, wholesome recipe created to support energy, digestion and overall wellbeing.

We’ve partnered with The Class to bring you six hand-picked sessions designed to release tension and build strength. You’ll also receive access to their entire digital catalogue for 30 days.

How to activate The Class

Step 1: Open the welcome email from The Class.

Step 2: Click “Activate Your Account”
Set up your password to complete activation.

Step 3: Once logged in to The Class:
Hover over “Classes” in the top menu.
Click “Find a Class.”
Search for the class of the day, or explore and pick any class you’d like to do.
