The Thought-Body Dialogue: Choose one recurring unwholesome thought today. Ask it gently: “Are you true? Are you kind? Are you useful?” Then ask your body: “How does it feel when this thought is around?” And: “How would it feel if it wasn't there?” Let the body be the final authority on whether the thought hangs around or not.
