On waking: Hot lemon and water
Post work-out: Greens coconut smoothie with THE SUPER ELIXIR Alkalising Formula
Mid-morning snack: Spicy broccoli chips
Lunch: Chicken or Turkey meatballs and salad
Afternoon snack: Chocolate Nourishing Protein raw slice (see recipe below)
Dinner: Kangaroo or fish and sweet potato mash with vegetables.
Before bed: Some raw chocolate

This is a great diet! The protein and chocolate slice looks super-delicious. I made similar SUPER ELIXIR Chocolate Nourishing Protein brownies in Switzerland last week at Peak Health to get us up the mountain. Just watch the fructose levels in nuts - you eat a well balanced diet but your body will tell you. You will either move into dinner easily or be hungry. Also be careful to avoid peanuts and pistachios in your nut mix to keep candida at bay. Before bed, you could sip a cup of our SLEEP WELLE Fortified Calming Tea if the caffeine in the chocolate upsets your sleep.
Rachel’s protein and chocolate slice
1 cup Desiccated coconut
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons Cacao powder
1/2 cup Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Coconut Nectar
2 tablespoons THE SUPER ELIXIR Chocolate Nourishing Protein
1 cup crushed nuts to get a ‘nut flour’ (I used almonds and cashews)
Mix it all together to get the right consistency - may need to add more liquid or flour.
Leave it to set in the fridge for 2 hours. There is enough to feed my whole office for a week!
