WelleCo’s Dr. Simone Laubscher PhD says…
A very healthy day of eating Nina. Breakfast is good but just a little low in protein - perhaps add 1/2 - 1 scoop of Nourishing Protein by WelleCo to your morning. Fantastic to see such a good water intake and balanced lunch. If your Bliss Balls are high in dates or date syrup, I would suggest eating a closed handful of almonds or walnuts. At dinner, it would be great to include some essential fatty acids, for example 1/4 - 1/2 of an avocado or 1 tablespoon of MCT (Medium-chain triglycerides) oil.
