A delicious and nourishing way to set yourself up for the day.
- 1 heaped scoop NOURISHING PROTEIN Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup berries of your choice
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- Bee pollen
- Rose petals
- Pure maple syrup
In a bowl combine NOURISHING PROTEIN, coconut milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract and whisk well. Allow to sit until seeds have absorbed most of the liquid and the mixture has thickened in consistency.
Blitz berries in a smooth puree and stir in maple syrup and ginger.
Spoon into bowls or glasses and garnish generously with toppings.
