    Our Favourite Vanilla Nourishing Protein Recipes

     

    Smooth, super creamy and super nutritious, there is nothing quite like our SUPER ELIXIR Australian Vanilla Nourishing Protein. Our favourite recipe developers have shared their favourite ways to get their daily dose of organic and vegan friendly protein. Test them out or try your own - just remember to tag us on Instagram. 

    Banana, Pear & Vanilla Smoothie Bowl

    By Gather and Feast

    Makes 2 small or 1 large smoothie bowl

    You’ll need
    2 frozen bananas
    1 cup almond milk
    ½ fresh pear
    ½ cup ice
    ½ tsp vanilla powder or extract
    1 scoop SUPER ELIXIR Vanilla Nourishing Protein

    To make
    Place the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
    Pour the smoothie into a glass or a shallow bowl and top with your favourite toppings.

    Overnight Chia Pudding

    For the chia layer

    1/4 cup of chia seeds

    1 cup of coconut milk 

    1 tsp of vanilla bean paste 

    1 tbs of maple syrup

    Place all ingredients into a jar and leave to soak for at least 6-8 hours stirring occasionally to avoid clumping. Once your chia pudding is ready prepare your nice cream. 

    For the nice cream

    2 large frozen bananas 

    1 scoop of SUPER ELIXIR Australian Vanilla Nourishing Protein

    Place all chia pudding ingredients into a jar and leave to soak for at least 6-8 hours stirring occasionally to avoid clumping. 

    Combine all nice cream ingredients in a blender and blitz. 

    Layer to serve. 

     Peaches and Cream

    By 8th and Lake 

    You'll need 

    1/2 cup of frozen peaches

    1/2 cup of frozen banana 

    1 cup of plant based milk

    1 scoop THE SUPER ELIXIR Australian Vanilla Nourishing Protein

    Probiotic yogurt or coconut yogurt 

    To make

    Combine and blitz the peaches, banana, milk and SUPER ELIXIR Australian Vanilla Nourishing Protein. Layer with probiotic yogurt or coconut yogurt and enjoy.

     Vanilla Banana Ice Cream

    You'll need

    4 frozen bananas 

    1/2 cup of cashew milk 

    1 scoop THE SUPER ELIXIR Australian Vanilla Nourishing Protein

    To make

    Combine all ingredients and blitz. Top with your favourite toppings.

     

     

    Spiced Vanilla Smoothies

      

     By Blueberry Smoothies 

    You'll need

    1 ripe pear

    1 ripe banana

    100ml organic rolled oats

    Plant based milk

    To make

    Place the ingredients in a blender can, and let the oats soak for about ten minutes. Thin rolled oats don´t take so long as they are steamed before hand.

    Then add

    A hint of licorice powder

    Half a teaspoon of cinnamon

    1 scoop THE SUPER ELIXIR Australian Vanilla Nourishing Protein

     

    'Sunshine' Vanilla Protein Chia Parfait

    For the chia pudding 

    1/4 cup of whole chia seeds

    1 cup of coconut milk

    1 scoop THE SUPER ELIXIR Australian Vanilla Nourishing Protein

    Place all ingredients into a jar and leave to soak for at least 6-8 hours stirring occasionally to avoid clumping. Once your chia pudding is ready prepare your nice cream. 

    For the 'nice' cream

    2 large frozen bananas

    1 cup of frozen cut papaya chunks

    1 tsp of baobab powder

    1 tbsp of coconut or plant based milk 

    Place all chia pudding ingredients into a jar and leave to soak for at least 6-8 hours stirring occasionally to avoid clumping. 

    Combine all nice cream ingredients in a blender and blitz. 

    Layer to serve. 

     

    Vanilla three ways



     

    By Blueberry Smoothies   

    Green goodness

    You'll need

    1 banana 

    1 tsp spirulina 

    plant based milk

    1 scoop of THE SUPER ELIXIR Australian Vanilla Nourishing Protein 



    Pink perfection

    You'll need

    1 pear

    100ml lingonberries

    Plant based milk

    1 scoop of THE SUPER ELIXIR Australian Vanilla Nourishing Protein 

    Super simple vanilla

    You'll need

    1 pear

    Plant based milk

    1 scoop of THE SUPER ELIXIR Australian Vanilla Nourishing Protein 

     

    To make

    Combine all ingredients into a blender and blitz.
